In the summer of 2020 Marie Osmond became a spokesperson for Publishers Clearing House with television and online advertisements as well as direct-to-home mailings. In January 2021, Steve Harvey made his debut in television commercials as a spokesperson for PCH. A Secaucus couple has been charged with taking advantage of multiple trusting people across the country, scamming them out of at least $1.1 million — and as much as $2.2 million — by tricking them into thinking they had won the popular sweepstakes contest, authorities said Thursday. "On behalf of members and staff of Publishers Clearing House, Association of North America lottery and provincial sweepstakes, we sincerely congratulate you on the grand prize winnings of ($750,000)," the letter read. If you do pay money to a scammer, the FTC recommends asking whatever company you sent money through to help recover it if possible. The Federal Trade Commission says the best way to spot a sweepstakes scam is to look at what the party offering the money asks you to do next.
But to collect their prizes, they were first required to send cash, money orders and/or gift cards to pay for taxes, fees and IRS payments. She got a phone call that appeared to be coming from Publishers Clearing House, and once again as we've often said, these scammers are able to spoof a number,” explained Weisman. Weisman said if you did win something, lottery organizers would simply take that money out of the final prize payout. For example, Kuehl's letter states that she was entered into the sweepstakes as a result of "cross-promotion by marketing companies." Greene and Massie said they were giving their colleagues the weekend to weigh their options before calling for the vote on her motion to vacate next week. Or, they said, Johnson could simply resign, pointing to the example of a previous speaker, Republican John Boehner of Ohio, who stepped aside in 2015 when hard-liners threatened to oust him. Johnson’s public opponents are few, at this point, and less than the eight that it took to oust now-former Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Bakersfield) last fall in the first ever removal of sitting speaker from the powerful office that is second in the line of succession to the president. Speaking outside the Capitol, Greene ranted against Republican Party leaders at the highest levels and pushed back against their public entreaties, including from Donald Trump, to avoid another messy political fight so close to the November election. As its name suggests, Joyphoria, a warm, floral fragrance, represents the mood-boosting effect of vitamin D. The subtly sweet vanilla scent is all too familiar in my fragrance lineup, but with the addition of coconut water accord and ylang-ylang, it brings a welcomed tropical twist to my norm. I don’t think it can be compared to the texture of a lip balm or other lip products. The consistency feels like an opulent mix of water, oil and gel and it applies nicely to the lips. Since using the lip oil, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the flakiness of my lips, so I’ll continue using this on its own and with my other must-have Charlotte Tilbury lip products for lasting hydration. The texture is really light and doesn’t feel sticky to wear. It’s really nice on it’s own and will make a great moisturising base or topcoat for lipstick too. Plus, the fact that it isn’t overly glossy means that men could use it as a nice flattering lip conditioner too.
The vibrant color of each vial was inspired by Tilbury’s love for crystals and gemstones, matching the shades to some of her favorite precious stones. You’ll also notice small Roman numerals underneath each perfume name, which Tilbury believes match the “energy” of each scent. To me, these numbers (while tiny on the bottles themselves), are a bit arbitrary to the fragrances, but I suppose they do add a certain je ne sais quoi to the collection's overall vibe. Collection of Emotions isn’t Tilbury’s first attempt at fragrance (she launched the limited edition Scent of a Dream back in August 2016). It’s also much more nuanced than just her favorite notes tossed together and thrown into a single perfume bottle.

I’ve had dry lips on and off for as long as I can remember and it’s always the same cycle. As soon as I don’t apply any products, the dryness returns. The Magic Lip Oil is quick to absorb and gives long-lasting hydration to my lips. I used the product for over a week and I noticed that it softened my lips and greatly reduces the flakiness.
As an overnight lip mask, it works delightfully well. Waking up to hydrated, perfectly conditioned and chap-free lips is bliss! I find that wearing this day and night really helps with the overall appearance of my lips. While I can’t say the oil has given me a lip filler effect, my lips are no longer as rough as before.
